Here at Gracefully Uncharted, quality of our products and your satisfaction with the purchase are our top priorities. As such if you have concerns or find quality lacking in any item you purchase, please reach out to use using our contact page or by emailing shopuncharted@gmail.com.
If an item arrives damaged from this shipment process please email us with attached photos of item and packaging - we will make it right.
Do I take custom orders?
There will be limited customs offered periodically with various Uncharted Wear launches yes. However, customs are limited to material currently in stock at the shop. If you have questions please email me at shopuncharted@gmail.com.
Do I ship international?
As of right now, I can only ship to the US and Canada but I'm looking to expand worldwide as soon as possible!
How long until I get my order?
All orders are processed and shipped out usually within 5 business days of purchase, customs are made individually to order and as such can take 5-7 days to be made before processing. On rare occasion, as each item is handmade an order may be delayed, if this happens I will reach out and let you know.
Refund Policy
Uncharted Wear
All customs and sale items are non-refundable. Other items must be unworn (outside of trying them on), have original hang tags still intact, and cannot be damaged. Please reach out to shopuncharted@gmail.com to initiate the return, include your order # and we will start the refund process. Shipment costs are non-refundable, all remaining charges will be refunded to original purchase method in the standard banking return timeframes.
